These terms and conditions govern your use of the Skin & Joint Injection Clinic website and set out the basis on which we provide our services. By using this website or booking an appointment with us, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you have any questions, contact us at info@skinjointclinic.co.uk or on +44 151 203 7840.
The Skin & Joint Injection Clinic is a private clinic led by Dr Soul Mugerwa, based at Higher Bebington Health Centre, 25 Brackenwood Road, Higher Bebington, Wirral, CH63 2LR. Our clinical lead is registered with the General Medical Council (GMC), and the clinic is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
The information on this website is provided for general information only and does not constitute medical advice. It is not a substitute for a consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. You should not rely on website content to diagnose or treat any condition, and you should always seek personalised advice before making decisions about your health. If you have an urgent medical problem, contact NHS 111, your GP, or call 999 in an emergency.
Bookings can be made through our online booking system, by phone or by email. When you book, you are responsible for providing accurate information and for arriving on time. A consultation does not guarantee that a particular treatment will be offered; any treatment provided is at the clinical discretion of the treating clinician and only after appropriate assessment and informed consent.
If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please give us as much notice as possible so we can offer the slot to another patient. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments cancelled at short notice or missed without notice may be subject to a charge, and any deposit paid may be non-refundable. We will always act reasonably and let you know of any charges in advance.
We are a private, self-pay clinic. Fees for consultations and treatments are provided before treatment proceeds, and current pricing is available on our pricing page or on request. Payment is due at the time of treatment unless agreed otherwise. Prices may change from time to time, but the price quoted to you for a booked treatment will be honoured.
Outcomes of any medical procedure vary from person to person, and no specific result can be guaranteed. Your clinician will discuss the likely benefits, risks and alternatives with you before any treatment so that you can give informed consent.
